91 240sx power steering pump bolt question

hello, this question is for my 1991 240sx:

i recently discovered the top bolt that holds the power steering pump to its bracket is missing. i ordered the bolt from a nissan dealer and when i picked it up i found that it didn't come with a washer or nut. after searching i found this post by AZhitman. step 6 is a picture of the bolt i'm talking about.

as far is i can tell there is only a lock washer on the front.

so my question is, is there any additional washer or nut that i need to install?

yes i read that post vancouverbc, that was the one i was talking about. it seems like there is only a lock washer judging from the picture but i just want to be sure there is nothing else that goes on the back side.

Any information on the install fuel tank sending unit the one in my 240 dosent work only the light to swow u need gas!!!!
