91 240sx hicas brake issues...

Hey guys I recently installed cross drilled slotted rotors on my car. Ever since I did it feels like my brakes drag and the rotors make the same sound it sounds like when you put a card in between the spokes on a bike. When I get on the interstate especially I feel it the most. When I get off the interstate I can smell the brakes and they are very hot. I'm thinking it's the rotors causing this since I got them off ebay. They are the stock size and my car has abs brakes. I'm gonna try and get new rotors for it first and if that doesn't help then I'll change out the calipers. I'm just gonna get blanks instead since I didn't have issues with that kind. What brand of brake rotors do you guys recommend? They are 4 lug with abs.
