91 240sx headlight aiming issue

Okay so I've been trying to aim my lights properly for the last 2 month with no luck it seems the adjuster screws are no longer working anymore. I've searched around and have not found any sort of fix for this besides replacing the entire headlight assembly.

Is there any fix you guys can suggest or is the adjusters available for purchase at nissan dealers? any help would be greatly appreciated.

same sort of thing happens on the Qs. You can (on the Q) take the headlight out of the car and take apart the aiming mechanism. Its just plastic gears.

I bought 2 sets of the adjustment screws for each light I hope that solves the issue.
