91 240sx fan change question

i have the ka24de with the stock radiator, and i want to get rid of that one fan (clutch fan...mechanicle fan...which it is called please inform me) and i heard that you use the duel fans off the altima, or maxima but dont know which year. So i need to know if it would be better for me to run the duals from one of those cars, or can i buy some other fans like perma-cool or some other brand like that with the same radiator or buy an koyo or something around that. please help

You can use any fan you want.

Just wire it in to turn on with the ignition and you'll never have a problem.

but some people tell me that all fans dont mount up right onto the stock radiator

that is true you will prob have to make a custom mount with any electrical fans. maybe some may bolt up but i am not sure which ones do. i have done it once with zip ties on the bottom and bolts in the stock holes up top.

also, i would wire it up to a temp switch instead of ignition voltage.
