The blower blows air like is supposed but the AC cools intermittently (off and on), and/or between settings 1 to 3, if set to 4 it blows hot air.

For some reason is not holding enough pressure (no green light) after a while until it the light comes on and the cooling starts.

Maybe you need to recharge your A/C system...possibly low on freon?!
