91 240 smoking like crazy

My newly bought for 800$ 91 nissan 240sx , man, dohc is pouring out smoke from the exhaust ...

1st. when i showed up to buy it i had already purchased a radiator from enfingers from pensacola,2.we installed the radiator and circulated the engine coolant and pressure3. thermostat went out so we replaced that 4. smoke comes out the exhaust and will not stop with temperature at 4/10 where it usually sits

I believe there might be coolant entering in the cylinder chamber or something if so whats the best way to bust open that problem and fix it I probably can take it to Pjc automotive shop if it is not to much work involved

buy a compression tester from the auto store...run a compression test...you prolly have a motor with bad rings...or bad valve seals...or just a blown headgasket...but 1 of those 3 is bad....the compression tester will show u how bad it is....put a lil bit of oil into your cylinders and if the compression goes back up...then its the rings...i believe.....i get the two mixed up....bad headgasket would be like 100, 100, 100, 100...usually all of them will be bad...or just 1 of them

does the overflow tank gurgle or boil during this?

how many times have you run the car and for how long, the smoking never stops?

a teaspoon or so of oil will tell you if its rings, a blown headgasket could show just one bad compression reading more likely than all four. but you should definately either buy a compression testor or rent one for free from autozone

i used to have a very badly warped head, and i blew holes in two radiators, and that car never smoked and only overheated for a few seconds once, so overheating problems can be very weird

yeah the smoking didnt stop while the engine ran for about 30 minutes
