I just got my 1991 300zx 2+2 like a month ago. I blew the engine the first week so i got the best engine made a 93 now i got from japan some J30 HEads with a Singal turbo exhaust manafold crosspipe and everything. the turbo will be oil cooled so all i have to do is remove the checkvalves andget the twin turbo oil feeds. (aftermarket of course) also the TT oil pan. My question i researched all this and i know mine will be like the 2nd or 3rd in the states with this gen Singal turbo, question is what will i have to do the the ecu. I have connections at nissan who can do it. I talked to JET perfromance and they told me they can do it. What yall say. it's a long shot but im going with singal turbo More power and very unique. pluse i got the heads exhaust manifold and the New T4 turbo for 200 bucks. so it's cheap I"m doint the work except for the piping and the ECU setup. Let me know..

Also forgot to ask this. I also want to run a INline twin setup T4 and maybe a t-68 not sure have to check the CFM"S of the exahsut anyonehere know them??? anyway i want that later for smaller TURbo for accel and Big one to kick in at like 5grand not sure have not really researched that alot kinda sticking to getting that one turbo on there for now then getting me a little CRX for everyday driving (GAS+cheap+BEAT THE **** OUT OF THE HONDA ;-)) Let me know..

Sell the car and get a Civic

1) Whats the point in running a single turbo setup, if you're going to make it "inline twin"?

2) Doubtful you'll be making big power with just a T4

3) JET performance ECUs are crap, go with JWT or custom tuned one from Z1 motorsports or the like.

4) Doubtful your connections at Nissan will be able to custom tune you a fuel map for a single turbo w/o a lot of dyno work.
