I have some questions hopefully someone has some answers. Well I picked up a 90mm throttle body and wanting to replace the 60mm, Can get the adapter for it but am wondering about running lean i have been told to just put SR20 injectors in it. I dont know if this is true maybe a higher pound injector, adjustable pressure regulator? Idk where to go with it anyone know?

i would think you would need bigger injectors and a tune.

Dont do this to yourself. Resell the TB and move on. Replacing the TB on a stock motor is a horrible idea. Just trust me on this.

You should do a lot more research before you buy parts. You dont have much of a clue man, just being honest with you.

Yeah I didn't buy the TB it was givin to me but I know there has to be a way for it to work I doubt that I will do it but mostly I just want to figure it out. I know that putting the bigger TB on would slow air velocities down and the more potential for air is there I know it could work with a wide band 02 for af mixture purposes and a dyno and tuning and playing with pulse width of the injectors or higher lbs injectors.

For placement for a larger throttle body the flange for the smaller throttle body will have to be hacked off and a larger one be placed on. Greddy did this for one of there SR intake manifolds to fit the Q45 throttle body. This mod made it so that you can run the either the SR or Q45 throttle bodies. If you search around you can probably find it for an example. Not sure though if a Q45 will have fitment issues on a DE intake mani. It should work though for a KAE mani though as the throttle body doesn't dip.
