90' sohc wont start. Help?

I have a 90' 240sx. Car wont start cant figure out why. Spark is there the fuel pump/filter are good. Power is fine starter just keeps turning over. I have a buzzing coming from behind the intake manifold, near the back of the fuel line. Oh yeah and no gas is getting to the engine. My ecu bad? Injectors? is the buzzing a bad ground? or a short?

check the resistance in the injectors with a multimeter, before so have you checked your ecu for codes? do so via online fsm

Where can i find a online fsm for the 90 240sx sohc? Ive only found dohc fsm.

So i have a ecu code 21 and ive replaced my dist. Rotor Cap and the ign. Coil. Any ideas?

is 21 the primary f*** it I'll look for you. take all the **** you bought back and get a igniter chip or power transistor. Less tehn a minute to find in my fsm and post.

i dont know if you already fix this but i think it is your fuel pump
