90 sohc to 96 dohc a/c question...

hi everyone! im kinda a newb so help me out if you can! i have a 90 hatch that has a s14 ka swapped into it... in the process of getting everything working (power steering, a/c ect.) so, i see that the a/c hoses are totally different... my question is do i have to find new lines to fit the compressor...or can i swap my sohc compressor and rock that? has anyone done that? tried searching wit no luck.. thanks in advance!!

you have both motors?try fitting the sohc ac comp on it.

i just did this swap but we didn't hook up AC lines. so i didn't try the compressor.if i remember correctly the sohc ac comp will not fit the dohc block

yea i know the guy who has it... thats what got me thinkin abt it. i jus wanted to know if anyone had done it before
