90 sohc 240sx idle issue/start

So i have a few small problems. One is that my car dies randomly when the car is at a stop, it starts to choke out and die. There is a buzzing by the IACV behind the intake, sounds like a wire might have a short. Or could it be a vacuum leak? I was also wondering if putting a walboro high pressure fuel pump on the stock sohc will be too much.

have you tried a stethoscope to isolate source of buzz

Its definitely the wire going to the solenoid on the iacv.

sounds like a solenoid is stuck. look up iacv in tutorial link in my signature. it tells you how to test electrical. take iacv out and test all the solenoids with 12v dc ie from jumper
