alright, i know i posted something similar to this in an old post a while back. But im finally getting around to doing it so now i need the details!I have a 1990 240SX Hatch SOHC motor.I am buying a Turbo, BOV, And an intercooler off of a friend. Among other things, I know i need to buy:Fuel Pump Exhaust ManifoldBoost ControllerI know there is more, however what i am looking for is a list of every single componet i will need, and corresponding to it, a place to purchase it.. and a ballpark figure of what im going to spend, Minus the turbo, BOV & Intercooler.Also are there any write ups on how to do this? how difficult is running the cooling lines and everything else. Can i tuck a intercooler behind the pignose bumper?Lastly.. is turboing the SOHC motor worth it? does it produce some decent power? the turbo and everything else im getting in the deal are all name brand nice stuff..ANY INFO is appreciated, thanks alot guys.

hey, i have an '89 sohc hatch. currently i'm running a small t3 .48/.42, 2.5in. piping, 4in. thick intercooler, 38mm waste gate, msd sci coil, msd 8.5mm wires, ngk plugs 6re's i think, hks ssq bov, no cat, 3in. exhaust, walbro 255lph fuel pump. since i'm running without any tuning or bigger injectors, i'm just using the wastegate for boost control. it never spikes. she's making 196whp and 202wtq at 6.5psi. before i put the turbo on i was making 120whp and 133wtq. but my engine has been rebuilt to stock. it only has around 30,000 miles on it. compression is in the mid 190's. soon i'm getting the ecu tuned so i can throw in my 550cc injectors and boost it from 10psi for daily to 14-16psi for racing. i will be using a turbonetics mbc for boost control as soon as i do so. by the way, get an lsd diff. at the least. because with the little boost i'm running now, it's hard to keep it from spinning a single wheel in first and second. hope this helps u out.
