90 S13 wiring fubar in wheelwell !!!

i got this 13 with a silvia 13 frontend for pretty cheap runs great since day one but now im having alil problems here n there with her theres alot of bootleggin this kid did to the car! but wat im asking is how do i fix this problem the car has been lowerd n the tires an scrubbing the hell out of the harness,n dash lighs dont work n gauge cluster dont work there right side hid flickers when i turn right ughhh

Man first of all use better spelling and some basic punctuation in your sentences. How can people help you if they need to read over your post 3 times to understand what the heck you are talking about.

Anyways, if the tires are scrubbing the hell out of the harness like you said then either raise the car asap (if its dropped on coils), or tuck the wire harness higher up in the fender.

However chances are something's already chewed up from rubbing, so you are gonna have to remove the fender and take a look at the harness and then fix any messed up wiring, or take it to a pro and have them fix the wiring for you.

In any case you need to relocate your harness to prevent further damage

I have seen guys undo the harness and reroute it on top of the wheelwell inside the engine compartment. It's a real PITA but so is a shredded harness caused by your drifter style.
