'90 S13 w/ redtop - won't start after oil change...

So I just got the car two days ago. I figure I better go ahead and do an oil change and a couple of other little things right away. So this morning I do an oil change (that's it other than cleaning the interior and exterior). Then I go to crank it up and it won't! The accessories come on, but there is no clicking or anything when I try and start it... The only thing I can think of is that perhaps I messed up some wires or something when I was reaching way the fck up there to change the oil filter - but I have no idea wtf happened...

Any suggestions?
