90 s13 ka24de high idle problem need help!!!

Ok here is the deal.... Im not a newb to the forums by all means. I have searched untill im blue in the face over this. I have a 1990 model s13 240sx with a freshly built ka24de installed. I have replaced anything you could possibly replace vacume, ignition, and maf wise and every time you crank the car the d@mn thing idles at 2,500 to 3,200 rpms no matter what. aic has been cleaned, no vacume leakes, or miss wiring. the car is throwin a code 21, and 34 but other than that im clueless.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!! thanks, Cody.

You may have a sticking throttle valve or a sticking throttle cable.
