Ok

I got a 90 S13 HB my brake light does not come on when I push the brake! But my tail light works if I turn on the lights and if i step on the brake it stays the same! I try to test the switch and it has 12.??V. Look at all the fuses and all is good! So what should I do next?

wat switch did you test, cuz by saying switch, there are like 1000 switches so be more specific about it, if you look under you bracke padel and there should be a SWITCH that has 12v goin on one side of a wire , and the other should be the one that goes to the tial light, if you have 12v goin in but noy out then replace the switch, if you have 12v goin in and out, then your wire might have a cut wire some were, so just rewire it and you'll be fine

you have a Hatchback right?

its probably the same problem I have.

Open your hatch up and take a look at the top right corner. Do you see wire? Are they cut? if so than thats your problem.

Pretty common thing on hatchs. I went to a local electrical guy and he wanted $80 to re-solder the wire together. pfft, I can live without it

just get a wiring diagram and trace the wire from power to the lights, test before and after each switch and connector.....
