90 Q45 wont start

Well, its Spring and I've dicided to try and get my Q45 running agin. It quite on me on the Interstate and I have been mad all Winter. Had to have it towed in. The car turns over well and is getting fuel to the fuel rails. It just wont fire. Any ideas on what I need to do would be helpful. Thanks!

Chain guides replaced?

I have no idea. The motor is not locked up. I thought I read on this forum where the motor locked up if the chain guides went bad.

Typically not... you might want to check for compression. Of course I would check for spark first.

If it has completely jumped time it'll spin very freely.
