90' q45 with 91' engine.

hey guys, i just got my license back so my 90'q is back on the road but had sat for a couple years, back then it ran alittle rough with the engine. my symptoms right now are,
from a stop, i press the gas down and it doesnt want to go much but will eventually pick up speed like it should but the noise of the engine sounds like its about to fall apart lol!! damn. its a real rough noise. few weeks ago the belt that was for the power steering and i think... the water pump... broke off cuz inside the pully froze up and it burned the belt off. had it replaced and also the belt, worked fine, but now also the main thing... the heat meter will go up, and down, up n down up n down, from normal to high. any ideas? i know u ppl got sum answers =D

Is your 1991 engine a US engine or JDM and what's the mileage on it?
