I read that 245/50/16 will fit on the back, anyone know if they will fit on the front? On a 16 x7.5 wheel ?16x7.5 is the widest 16in wheel that the tirerack.com wheel selector gives as a fit for the car. I also read that a 16x8(from a 300zx turbo) will fit on the back, will they fit in front as well? Thanks

I have 255/50/16 and they fit wonderfully.

245/50/16 is a smart size. Make sure the load rating is sufficient.

good to know that fit is no problem

I don't want to give the tech guy from wherever I order these a chance to make a mistake on the wheels, so I have to ask:

What backspacing should I have on a 16x8 wheel?

On a 16x7.5 wheel?

I think you should go 16x8 if you're buying new wheels, I have 17x8 on my 97' and the 245/45 17 looks perfect, I think you could do 255 if you do 50 series on the 8" wide rims. That extra 1/2 inch of steel is a good thing.
