90' Nissan 240sx

So I just bought a 240 that was an automatic about 4 months ago it ran perfectly. Just recently after I got off work as I drove out of the parking lot my car wouldn't shift pass first gear. For a couple minutes I drove around the parking lot to see if my car was just being an a**, but to no avail still wouldnt shift pass first. Honestly dont know whats wrong with it much help would be awsome

Hmm... well took my car for a spin this morning still had the same problem even when it was all warmed up and stuff. I put it on drive 2, then all of the sudden she had power but wouldnt up shift still. Then putting it back on D lost power and heard rattling sounds. So i dunno whats wrong
