90 na relay help

hello i am lookin for a part number or anything on a relay that is up by the battery it is the one on the left of the box it says battery relay on the cover but it looks like somebody broke the top out of the relay and twisted 2 wires together if the wires move the car looses battery any thing will help thank you

That is the fusible link box. The one for the Battery circuit should have a blue wire in it, which is a 75 amp fusible link even though it looks like a wire and not like the other links. Get a new one from Nissan or one of the sponsors on this site if yours is faulty.
