so my Nissan 300 ZX highbeams won't shut off unless I turn on the low beams other than that the highbeams stay on even if the car is off. So for now I take off the relay for the headlights so my car battery won't die. But the car still dies and I have to jump it every morning . I even took off the high beam bulbs before I was taking out the relay because the high beams really didn't shut off even if the car was off, in parked on the drive way. Help please!

Check your relays. I think it's the panel under the hood. Use a meter to check the diagrams terminals. Your contacts sound fused closed.

I had the same problem as you, I replaced the clearance illumination fuse and fusible link, and that problem stopped.

I had a blown fuse by the drivers side fuse box the one by your pedals.
