90 model 240 Gauge cluster

I have a 90 model with a manual transmission. Will a gauge cluster from a 92 with an auto transmission work or are they somehow set up differently? If nothing else, are the speedos the same. Mine is giving me no end of trouble. Thanks.

It should work except for the tachometer. The tach on DE engines is electrically different than the E tach. I have a 93 and am running a 90 speedo, so ya, you could swap the speedo.
