90 maxima Fuel injector help

Hello I am working on my sister's max again. The car is putting at idle. It's fine when you rev it up. It has a full tune up, new timming belt and good fuel pussure to. So I tested the fuel injectors. First with 12v and they all made clicking sounds then I used my ohms meter and got. 1--------3---------5----------2--------4--------6 cyls. 23.5------1.------12.9------14.5----14.8-----61.2

The FSM calls for 10-14 ohms of resistance. 5 is definitely ok, I'd say you can probably get by on 2 and 4, but the rest definitely need replaced.
