90 ka-e rebuild

whats up everybody the site is great heres my problem drivin down the road my car runnin fine and all went to stop the idle is irradical up and down i figure aw maf plug might be loose so i crept along down the street motor shut off completely so i pop the clutch runnin real bad now barely holdin an idle pull over and have it towed home check all the vacumm lines wires added grounds took off the valve cover missing bout six inches of my chain guide wth!? drop the pan chunks of metal time for a rebuild get timing chain kit:guides,chain,gaskets,oil seals:,new rings i needed um 4 a while, main bearings ,rod bearings two new main seals so i slapped all this back together oiled all of the bearings before torqueing them down got engine completely rebuilt except 4 head ran out of money every thing going fine put fluids in it let it sit 4 bout 30 mins go to start it wont crank dead battery? hook a battery booster up to it wont crank starter? took starter out spins fine just to absolutely make sure it wasnt the starter i went a bought a brand new one so try to rotate the motor on the crank with half inch 18 inch brkr bar wont budge so any 1 got a remedy for rotating this motor or some thing ?
