Hey all,
I've always just looked around on these forums but figured I'd finally post something for once.
I realize there's a fair amount of topics regarding idle issues but none were able to specifically help me with my problem.
Car's a 1990 Non-Turbo Automatic. JDM swap last year after previous engine was hydrolocked. Car ran fine until I put it in storage for the winter. When I pulled it out this year I started noticing some weird idle issues. I haven't had much time to troubleshoot and put time into the car until now either.
It was still pretty cold (10-30 degrees sometimes) but my car would idle in park at up to 2500-3000 rpm. Often it would drop from 2500 to 1000 just to climb back up to 2500 and drop again. Once I shifted into D the car would drive fine. Eventually the car started revving itself in 1st and when slowing down. Today the car died almost immediately after I started it so I adjusted the idle adjustment screw enough to up the rpms to a point where the car is driveable but barely. I'm planning to run an ECU diagnostic when I get a chance but figured I'd post this first.
Having a hard time embedding this youtube video - so here's the link to the issue.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
