Well ive had a 90 300Z diff sitting around for a while and have some free time so I am wanting to install it. Before everyone says search... I have the 300Z axles which have the 5 bolt flanges for the output shaft. Could I Frankenstein the flanged portion of my 300zx axles to the 240sx axles so they would bolt up? I am trying to avoid having to get new output shafts to install this thing.

thanks guysstevo

I don't have z32 and 240sx axles to compare, but is there a problem using the 300zx axles? Are they not even close to the same length? I have a chance to gut all the suspension, brakes, hubs, etc. and diff from a 300zx, so if I've got the 300zx hubs, won't the axles work also? I know the moun points for the rear struts are totally different, but aside from that, and the diff plate differences, woulnd't everything else bolt in?
