90 300zx high beams won't shut off

So my high beams won't shut off, if the light switch is on off. Even if the car is shut off, so in the mean time I've been driving without high beam bulbs on. The only time they do shut off is when I turn the switch on. The indicator light is blue and stays on as well even if the car is off.

Relays seem to be fine, under the hood and by the pedals

Have you tried playing with the switch?? Seems dumb but when I had my jaguar the dinosaur that it was had that problem once wiggled the switch around and they finally shut off

Check your fuses for the turn signals, exterior lights, side marker, etc. Nissans have a fail safe if this fuse blows, the high beams turn on. I just cannot remember which fuse, but its the one that controls the side marker lights.

Yes I played with the switch a few times. I checked every single fuse, and they were Alvin good condition

Sadly the indicator still stay on as well as the high beams even though my car is off. The switch is also off too

I'd like to connect my high beam bulbs back on. But I don't want my battery dying on me having the high beams on all night
