90" 300zx Engine/Head Gaskette Question

Hello , I have a problem and I need to find out what to do . My injectors were bad , so when I took them off , I decided to change the spark plugs , so when I took them off , passenger side spark was covered in oil from the inside . The other five were fine , only one was covered in oil . Someone told me that maybe the head gasket needs to be changed .

So my question is , is that true ? Is it hard to get to the head gasket ? I am already down to the valves , I am planning to find a good mechanic to change my timing belt , so I was thinking , should I have him do that as well . I heard its very difficult , and I might have to have the heads to re sanded ?
