90 240sx window fix help plz

hi, i have a 1990 240sx and the window is broken. i'm pretty sure its the cable links in the pulley. i've figured out how to take out the door panels, but i need to replace the entire window unit. anyone know how i'm suppose to remove the metal panel underneath the interior panel? thanks

you dont remove the panel. undo the glass form the regulator(cable link). remove the glass from the door. then undo the 10mm head bolts holding the regulator to the door. remove the 3 bolts holding the motor porting of the regulator then work it out through the opening in the inner panel.
