90 240sx Oil Problems

Ive read through many different post trying to find an answer but to no luck, i recently purchased a 90 hatch, everything was working fine, i have switched out headers and intake so far and now i am having a problem, at high RPMs anything over 4000 the car is producing a white smoke, also i have gone through a quart of oil in 2 days. if anyone has any ideas on what it could be that would be much appreciated.

Do a compression/leak-down test. I think you will find that your engine internals are worn and it is time for a rebuild.

the car has 206000 on it now i plan on rebuilding the engine to go turbo anyway just hoped i had more time before it went out.

Ive checked around at local machine shops and its gonna cost almost 2 grand to rebuild my ka. i was thinking it might be better spent to just use that money for an engine swap, ka or rb, any suggestions.

I would do my own rebuild for less than that but not everyone is comfortable doing that

well its my daily driver i dont really have the time to be down long. how much do you think to do it myself would probably run
