90 240sx no engine compression but has blowen freeze plug?

is this my problem, i bought it like this so idk if the kid over heated and fryed the rings or not,and the freeze plug is on the block

So one or more of the freeze plugs has popped out of the block? Must be one hell of a blown head gasket for that to happen.

Well, rings being gone couldn't blow out the plug, but a bad head gasket might. You should be looking at a full rebuild.
