90 240sx ka24e - no driving lights and1.3k idle

Someone decided to try and make my car blink but ended up killing my driving lights instead.Somehow my cluster light and driving just don't work, my headlights, brake and turn signals work just fine.All my fuses under the dash are fine, but idk what else it could be.I have til thursday to fix it or ill be fined for "no brake lights" which happen to work.

Ever since we took my prefectly running 90 ka24e/transmission into this 89 shell, I idle at about 1.3k.How could I fix this?

How hard is it to swap my seat belt motor from one car to another.I really need help with this one.

check all the sockets for the light bulbs. they could have a short in them.

if engine runs good, but just idles at 1300, just adjust the idle on the idle air control on the intake mani.

seat belt motors, not that hard. just take the panels off and check it out. this thread might help.
