i got it for 150 i think, which if i knew then what i know now, i would of just had one made. it'll be half the price and still finction just as good. also mine was a short ram, and i fount this intake at autozone for a honda, which with a ruber 45 degree street elbow i fabricated into a cold air intake extension directly behind my left turn signal. ill post pics soon, for references.

I have to agree. i have a 89 nissan 240sx fastback and i cant find one, so i am going to make one from 3 inch piping and 45 and 90 degree rubber elbows. I will check back for those pics for help.

Where do I stick the MAF and Air Temp Sensors in my cold air intake? I have it behind the Right (passenger side) head light....moved the battery to the left side.

you might have to extend your wiring if your putting it on the right side. if its custom made, you could make a mounting base of of epoxy putty and mount the maf onto that base, similar to the way it's mounted on the stock intake, and the temp sensor you can drill a smal hole to mount that in.

i relocated my battery and intake. i used a 92 civic pipe and used connecters. i also had a hole in the fender well so thats direct air from the from the vent on the bumper. noticable difference.and also louder sucking sound.......

ok first of all I have to say the soch does not by any means have better internals than the dohc they just have different compressions. the sohc is just a little easier but in general the dohc is better.

keep the maf where it is supposed to be somewhere before the hoses on the intake pipe. those hoses need metered air.just leave it right after the filter.

just make sure the air temp sensor is placed close to your filter.

you don't have to extend any wiring.the wiring actually starts around the throttle body.so it is more than long enough.
