What should I be looking for here? The EGR valve stalls the car when manual pressure is applied but wont hold a vacuum pressure andis causing me to fail SMOG. I have one guy who will smog it but I simply dont trust him anymore so I prefer to just fix it. the EGR valve was replaced 2-3 years ago and should still be under warranty but I dont think the egr valve is the problem. Any suggestions?

Maybe the EGR Solenoid is bad?
