90' 240 KA24E Swap to BB Chevy?

Hi, I have recently purchased a BB 454 which i have plans to put in my 240.I am curious to see if anyone has heard of such a swap and if so any info.on what is needed to do so. SB are put in 240's all the time but you never see a BB in one. Just wanted to get some feedback.

Are you sure it'll even fit between the strut towers? I just went and looked at the 468 in my dad's chevelle, and that thing is freaking huge!

I haven't heard of anyone attempting this swap before. Good luck to you.

Hello again, The motor from what a friend has told me, will have to be moved back about 6 inches and must be mounted on a new crossmemeber that runs from frame rail to frame rail that would make the engine more centered. Knotches may be need added to the strut towers. With all this being said it will also need a much larger transmission tunnel for the engine to sit further backand a larger T56 6 speed transmission. Wont know until the time comes.
