Well, the trick is not to fool the ecm into thinking it is like -5 degrees fahrenheit outside, but that it is just cooler than it actually is. I am just looking for a general range to work with here and I'll play with a few different resistance values. I mean you can buy resistors dirt cheap at radio shack and they are selling you the same thing for $99 that you can buy for probably 99 cents. I saw em on ebay for like $30 plus s&h, but you see where I'm going with this. If one is willing to take the time and play you could squeeze a little more pep out of it without making it overly rich. Hey who knows, maybe I'll stumble onto something here. I know us GM guys do similar things with our IAT sensors, usually we move them far away from the engine to get a cooler air reading so I know it is a way to get just a little more out of a car without spending much money at all. But if you could give me an idea of what range the sensors read in it would be great. And I am particularly interested in knowing if the resistance goes up or down when the temp is cooler. After I am all done playing I will tell ya my results wether they be good or bad. Thanks,
Phil
