ok so i just swapped out the blown sohc for the dohc. had it running perfectly, drove it to school and when i came back out it just cranked. i didnt hear the fuel pump, all the fuses and the efi relay are good...towed it home...i grounded the black/pink wire for the efi relay and got the fuel pump to come on when i turn the key on...so i tried again, this is when i realized i had no spark...checked the coil its good, i have power to the coil as well...my problem has to be something that effects both fuel and spark so i went to the ecu. the orange wire that is supposed to power the ecu has no voltage so just to see if it would work i put battery voltage to the orange wire...still nothing. i dont understand what could've possibly happened with the car just sitting there for a couple hours though. any ideas?!
