I haven't been shooting too much lately.

I'm not too happy with the pictures I got. I don't know if it's just that I haven't done it in a while or lack of inspiration.

Oh, and, THANKS CAMERA FOR YOUR LACK OF DYNAMIC RANGE. I love my camera and how far it's gotten me, but I really think it's about time for an SLR.

AAAAnyways, on the the photos:

I probably saw you when you came in, Otto. I was the guy waving people in off the street.

Also, that light orange GT-R is a Chinese international student at UConn. And the orange is a wrap.

And that truck is hydraulic. He had it all the way up when he came in, and the cop in the street was livid. He lowered it as soon as he came in, but I guess raised it once parked.

Yeah, I saw the cops checking it out, trying to find something to write a ticket for.

I think it's pretty ridiculous that they were walking around the show the whole time, trying to find things to get people in trouble for.

Arent they not allowed to give tickets if an illegal part is installed and the car has not been seen driving with it? Hence "show or offroad use?"

I would assume so. A lot of the time, international students are rich, 'cause the richest are the ones with the easiest path here.

Yeah, one of them in particular was a huge douchebag. I got the feeling that the other cops were rolling their eyes at him, on the inside. The only ticket I saw handed out was for a guy who thought the cop was saying "Go," when he was actually saying "No" or "Woah," because he was trying to get some pedestrians across the street.

Turns out, the kid's dad is a cop, but the kid didn't mention it until after the ticket was issued.

I like how this thread has completely ignored Nala's comments.

Meanwhile at the Ford show I went to, people were revving their engines next to the cops that were guiding them out of the parking lot.
No tickets or angry faces to be seen!

That white Z is nice.
But I think sometimes 350zs look a bit weird when lowered a ton, I think it's the shape of the wheel well.

I'm failing to see why you guys like that truck so much.

It's dangerous. If you could see the suspension up close, you wouldn't like it.

I hope he doesn't actually drive it on the road.

I suppose it has that "cool" factor as a show car, but other than that, the thing scares me.

Our neighbor has one with a 48" lift. It drives pretty awesome. I just like big trucks. Always have.
