89 vlsd question

i posted the same question in the 240sx tech and got some feedback but no 100% answers

i recently got a s13 5bolt vlsd, i know it is not a open diff since i know what a open diff looks like and i turned the shafts and they spin in the same direction, but when i try to force them in opposite direction it doesnt budge, so now im wondering if i lucked out and got a clutch type or 2 way lsd in a s13 carrier. im going to install it in 3 days and i wanna know what it is b4 i install, and if its not a vlsd what fluid would i use?

do i still use reg gl5 for either vlsd and clutch well heres the pic"></a>
