89 skyline rb20det problem!!!

ok.. .i have an 89 skyline gtst and when i try to start it cold it wont start unless i pump the gas pedal. once it has started it starts idling about 900 to a 1100. after a few minutes it jumps up to 1500 to 2000. when i put it in gear it bogs down and if i dont give it gas it stalls. it will take off in reverse and drive but i only get about 1500 rpms and doesnt go over 10 mph. can anyone help me? i was thinking coil harness or maybe a bad fuel filter or vacuum leak.

would this be considered "limp mode"

buddy you need to check vacuum and check to see if you have flooded the cylinders. Check fuel pressure and then lastly check MAF!
