89 Skyline GTS-T Slave master cylinder plunger

Hey guys i'm new to the site but i could really use some help here.

Its for a 1989 Skyline GTS-T

I need to replace this part because its leaking like a mofo, i was told you could get a rebuilt kit for these but was wondering is this part common in any other nissan vehicles or is it skyline specific ?

Its just that pump thing that the piston from the master cyclinder pushes in that pumps the brake lines right underneath the break fluid reservoir.

they break skylines for parts and i know they have it, there in canada also
