89 s13 Throughout Bearing swap; how to do?

I am in the middle of clutch swap for the first time. I and my friends took the engine out this past weekend and have to leave it hanging on the engine hoist until next weekend.Some may ask us why we took it out instead of working on the transmission under the car. I would say that none of us had big bicepts like you cali people do.

Any way, I was searching on the forum about Throughout Bearing swap but could not find enough info. What type of beaing puller do I need? Do I need 3 jaw type or 2 jaw type? How can I replace the throughout bearing with this tool?

You should be able to pound the bearing off the carrier with a rubber mallet.
