89 S13 Steering Issue After Aftermarket Header Install

Hey guys, I have an issue steering in my 240.It has a KA24E and I just replaced the stock exhaust manifold with an OBX header and I took it for a quick drive. I then realized when I'd try to turn the wheel, it'll get stuck and you'd have to force it. I popped the hood and saw what I would call the steering rod rubs against the header. I'm not sure what it's called but I'll post a picture. But If you guys can let me know what that part is and how to fix this problem, that would be great, thanks.

Either return it or take it off and hammer a dent there so it moves freely. GL!!

well since I already got rid of my old manifold, I'm keeping this haha. I just hammered a dent and we're good to go. The rod just barely touches but thanks man!
