89 s13 sohc injector question..PLEASE HELP!!!!

I think I have bad injectors..the car starts but runs very bad..if you unple the injectors while it is running only the first injector changes anything(it kills the car) the other 3 make no change..My question really is does anyone have any sohc injectors 4 sale or will dual cam injectors work?

Make that you don't have an ignition problem on those three cylinders.
