Has anyone removed the OEM headliner with factory sunroof in it. I want to replace my blue headliner with a black headliner.

I'm in the process of redoing mine. Very simple, just takke the old one out and remove the cloth. Then buy black headliner material ($40 at pepboys) and a can of spray adhesive ($7). Spray the adhesive on the cardboard insert, lay the material over the cardboard insert trim and tuck the edges and reinstall.
