89 s13 fuel problem.... Fuel pump or injectors???

Just to start out, for the last couple of months my car will randomly hard start. Where i turn it on and it will start half way and then die. Giving it gas on the next start will usually give it a shaky start, but it'll stay on.
As of 2 weeks ago, when im shifting sometimes the car will kind of hiccup i guess you could say, and i feel the engine slightly dying like it wants to stall, but it doesnt. And today, i noticed when i was accelerating from 30 to about 50 i could feel like it wasnt pulling as hard as it usually does.
Ive cleaned the MAFS, ran some Techron Fuel injector cleaner just to see if maybe they were clogged. Really didnt feel much of an improvement.
Do you guys think it could be my fuel pump or Injectors? Is there something i can do that will help me figure out which one it is?

Thats actually a good question, its been a year i think. Ill change that out this weekend, guess i should try to do a fuel pressure test to check the fuel pump. Never done one, is it easy?

So i changed out the fuel filter today and it helped alot. Car feels like its running alot smoother. Plus i didnt experience any hiccups during my test drives. If i feel the problem again i guess ill have to get my hands on an inline gauge.
Next thing on the agenda is to learn how to do a brake job.
