89 nissan 240sx help!

dont know why my car bogs wen im going like 75mph redline like at 4000 to 5000rpm fourth gear...people say is that i need new piston rings but i dont see it smoking..and yeah i has a check engine light the vehicle speed sensor i bought another one and didnt work...wtf! i hella need help

u have a speed govener in 4th, shift to 5th. usually the govener hits at like 85 tho

yeah i tried it but it does the same it cuts off like in 5th going 85mph...how i take off the speed govener?
