89 Nissan 240sx EGR System

Ok Iam gonna remove all my egr crap during my rebuild.

I was wondering if I can remove these parts without worrying about them messing any thing up or causign a loss in power.

EGR Control ValveEGR control solenoid valve.BPT ValveSCV Actuator(removing 2nd butterflies)SCV control solenoid valve

Also for any lines it might leave opened like on the black canister, can I just plug them up and everything be okay?

Also I would like to know if plugging off TB coolent lines would be okay(I heard it helps heat up cold air in winter and I guess cool down the air in summer, but I heard good things if removing it) And also that little tube that sticks out on the top of the TB, it goes to the egr solenoid i think?? Can that be plugged.
