Ok, so on my way home tonight, I was getting into it like I usually do on my road. Everything runs fine and seems to work fine until I hit about 4500 rpms. Then it seems to lose all power. It almost feels like when you hit a car's governor. If I try to accelerate any, it wont do a thing... it just keeps slowing down/bogging down. If I clutch in and out, it goes back to normal until I hit that RPM again. Im thinking its an ignition problem, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue or experience with this issue.

yeah that sounds like an ignition issue... uhm check the spark plugs, wires, and the rotor for rust, corrosion, or any damage. other than that idk
